Nicole Swedlow is the Director and Founder of Entreamigos (an organization dedicated to creating bridges between cultures and communities). She discusses the circumstances of many communities around the world, and how cultural gaps are what created the need for Entreamigos. Nicole stresses that one of the keys for getting these communities together is through open communication. She also talks about the importance of education on the community and how she is tackling some of the challenges that Entreamigos faces. Finally she gives advice about how to be a leader and how organizations can succeed.
