In our effort to create opportunities for children and families in San Pancho, we are trying to set in motion the entreamigos Eco-Design Center, which is a collection of creativity workshops dedicated to finding innovative new uses for recycled products.
Our Eco Design Center will provide jobs for parents in San Pancho and education opportunities for their children. Your donation supports healthy families providing pride and income for parents to feed and supply their family needs and education and support for children to reach for their dreams.
It all started with the glass workshop, which currently produces more than 20 different items out of recycled glass, sold in our store. This workshop represents work for 5 households and its profit supports our library and educational projects with the children.

Now… we are really close to setting up the Eco Design Center, which means two more productivity areas:
The Sewing Workshop will allow us to recycle used clothes into new products, create bags out of old sign boards and many other products and also to create job and education opportunities for local people.
The Screen-Printing Workshop will allow us to print t-shirts for us and for different organizations in the area; it would open a world of possibilities to develop new projects and products for our store. There is no other screen printer in the region… a tremendous opportunity to help create employment while expanding and promoting the use of recycled materials.
We have already started our workshops and are just missing a small amount to finish the job. We need to raise $2500usd to make it real, and we firmly believe that all of us together will make it happen.
Any amount will get us closer to our goal; donate 1,5, 25, 50, 100, or 500USD, it all will help!
