The entreAmigos gallery store is a non-profit cooperative which showcases the outstanding work of San Pancho artisans while also promoting art and culture within the town. The gallery reflects the eclectic skills of a variety of different craftsman and some of the superb artwork of trained artist professionals residing in San Pancho. Eighty percent of the proceeds from the store support contributing artists and twenty percent support the entreAmigos community education programs. Gallery artists contribute time teaching and sharing their skills with children and adults in San Pancho as part of their responsibility and continued commitment to creating a sustainable artistically diverse community. The Gallery is currently closed. It will reopen in November in the new Centro Comunitario Educativo de EntreAmigos located in the large warehouse on Ave. Tercer Mundo. You won't want to miss it!
The Trabajarte collective is comprised of women who learn to make and sell art and craftwork in order to help support their families. The women participate in classes held at entreAmigos, use mostly recycled materials in their artwork and share their skills and enthusiasm with other women in the community. [Trabajarte]
The Recicla San Pancho Project creates a variety of items that we sell in the Gallery Store. The most popular are the recycled bottle glasses and candles which are made from wine, beer, and liquor bottles that can not be redeemed.[Recicla San Pancho]
