summer workshops

The Summer Workshops are the highlight of entreAmigos educational programs.

Every summer hundreds of San Pancho kids and youth join us for six weeks of summer activities.

Summer workshops are divided into three age groups.  There is an early learning program for 3-5yr olds.  Elementary and Jr. high kids take morning classes in English and computers, swim lessons and lifeguarding courses, and afternoon open sessions in a range of subjects like art, cooking, science, sports and more!

Summer Workshops classes are entirely taught by volunteers and change each year depending on the interests of the children and the classes that volunteers want to offer.  In 2008, more than 50 volunteers joined forces to give a range of 42 different classes!!

The jam packed summer ends with a fun festival celebration of the children’s accomplishments.
