Tours are fun, interactive and educational for students and their parents or teachers. Tours for public schools are FREE always. Private schools and university students are charged a small fee. The Bote Bio-Divertido is a self contained 20 lesson environmental education program focused on this region of Mexico. The “Bote” can be used by any literate person to teach important concepts related to appreciation and preservation of the local environment. The Bote Bio-Divertido contains everything needed for the lessons and a fun color-as-you-go poster to help the students keep track of their progress.
Currently the Bote Bio-Divertido is being taught by University Social Service students across the Bay of Banderas. More than 1000 school children have completed the 20 lesson course.
Entreamigos is always looking for creative ways to bring art and the environment into school classrooms. This fun program “From the cradle to the grave,” teaches students (and often their parents and teachers) everything about the cycle of resources and their disposal. The project is especially designed to draw the attention of every student in the classroom by having enough “parts” in the show for every student to participate actively. Students practice with their classroom and then often present a show to a larger audience. Everyone has fun and everyone learns!
