As part of our bilingual cultural activity series we are learning how to make Chile Rellenos. Using fresh ingredients and a traditional recipe our very own Teresa Licea will show us her tricks for transforming a simple pepper into a mouthwatering dish. Students should bring 2 medium size (green) poblano peppers. All other ingredients will be provided, tasting is mandatory.

Please join us next Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 3:00 pm, as we put the finishing touches on the patio fountain. Artist Laura Ruud will lead our community mosaic project walking us through the process of mosaic making. This is a two day community event, come and join the children of San Pancho make something beautiful.

In the style of entreAmigos, the entire evening will be thoughtful, creative, beautiful and chock full of activities! We will have a silent auction and live auction, open cash bar, grilled hot food for anyone extra hungry and a circus style show that will color the entire evening in lighthearted fun. We expect the entire evening to finish by 9 BUT we encourage everyone to stay till 9 as there are many moments not to be missed!
